Troy's Notes
James and I celebrated our 2-year anniversary today. To mark the occasion, we did the most amazing hike up to Rob Roy Glacier. It was a 3.5-hour hike through beautiful fern-covered countryside, along the roaring Matukituki River. Taking us over a very high, very long, and very nerve-racking swing bridge, and through unforgiving sections where one misstep would take you down for good, the end result was a panoramic glacial amphitheater of indescribable proportions!
