Where to begin... The grand-reopening of The CELL was tonight. James & I had RSVP'd for the event several weeks ago, primarily to witness the absurdity of it all. Apparently, we were on the No Fly List, because they had no record of our RSVP, even though we had a confirmation number. Therefore we were not allowed into the exhibit. Michael Chertoff was the honorary speaker presenting tonight, accompanied by at least one-hundred 'No Photography or Video' signs and a slew of agents surveilling the premises. While I was taking this photo, one agent began speaking into his in-ear communication device, indicating that 'we have someone out here taking photographs'. Then I hear James tell me, 'I think he's about to move in!' -- counter-terrorism in action! We fled the scene before things escalated further. The whole experience was a little much, America.
