Troy's Notes
Emissions testing. I thought it would be fun to photograph this mandatory biennial event. Boy was I wrong! I wasn't able to snap more than a few photos before some employee comes running after me at breakneck speeds shouting "Sir! Sir! No photography allowed!" I tried talking him into giving me permission, but he would have nothing of it. He went to his office and came back with contact information for 'the company's publicist'; interesting choice of words. Oh well. As expected, my car passed, even if the photographic opportunity failed.
