Troy's Notes
We walked to Solera tonight for an amazing dinner on their patio. Some restaurants are fine with serving only what's on their menu. Others stand out by serving special requests. Solera didn't bat an eye when I requested a raw vegan entree; in fact, they served me an impromptu multi-course feast that was beyond delicious.
