I tried to install an aux-in port today in my SAAB. It involved removing the stereo head unit and climate control panel. The instructions were a little shoddy, and the removal of the climate control panel did not go smoothly. Several pieces popped off that probably shouldn't have, and my mechanical expertise is close to nothing. After several hours of persistence and patience, I was finally able to put everything back together (including the aux-in port). On the bright side, I have a much greater understanding of how automotive HVAC systems work!
